Today's Baltimore Groupon is for a services at scanmyphotos.com.

I've got a box of my MIL's photos to send out, so I'm snagging that sucker!

Col, what if they are odd dhapes {like some of the older pictures that were square}...will they take them as long as they are under 4x6?

nevermind...found the answer right on their site :)
•Photo must be at least 3"x3" and no larger than 8"x10" in the regular size box and 8"x12" in enlargement size box. All sizes between are accepted

Yup, that's the guy. You send in the box, they scan whatever is inside and send it all back along with the DVD of the images.
I big puffy heart scanmyphotos :)

No problem! I've used them 3 times before and have nothing but great things to say about this company. Their prices have gone up since I last used them I think, so this is an incredible deal!!

Its a great price, I've used them once and was really pleased. I think most of the pictures I have left though are not 4x6.

Lucrecia, the Groupon says 4x6 photos, but the deals is for their box of 1,000 photos. Like Angie quoted, they can be as small as 3x3 or as big as 8x10 inside whatever box you send. Just make sure you have 1,000 or under because if you have like 1,200 they'll charge you for 2,000.

I think the deal is still good today, lemme check....
ETA: You can still get the deal today, if you want.
Here's the service that the deal is for: http://www.scanmyphotos.com/scanning1000.html

This sounds like a good deal but I just read their posts under the discussion area and they are saying it is ONLY good for 4x6 standard color or b/w snapshots. So you may want to read this info before buying the deal if you are wanting other sizes scanned -

Dang, thanks for sharing that info Shawna. I wish they had made that more clear on the groupon page.
But, I'm still glad I got it. It's still a really good for 4x6's.

When I pulled up Baltimore for Groupon, I saw a $10 for $25 at some local Italian restaurant. It took some poking around but I finally found it.

I picked it up too. I'll use it for all those old vacation photos -- it'd be nice to put them in photobooks rather than in bulky ol' photo albums!
