Placed an order this morning hoping to do a quick gift for a friend. I received my invoice and my receipt from Pay Pal but my order just shows "queued" and I can't download. Help.

Here, too. Though I'm sorry for her to hear that it's other people, too. I'm sure there's no need for concerns. Robin usually is really great when it comes to download issues. In the past it's always worked out perfectly for me!
Robin is the best!

I'm sure it's just another little glitch & that Robin will get it resolved ASAP. I've got an order queued as well . . . but we can count on her to fix it soon :-)

yeah, I'm about to email Robin too... there is something wrong w/ CC use in the shoppe too... declining and the reason is blank... and I know there isn't anything wrong with all my CCs lol.

This happened to me too! It said my CC was declined but I know it shouldn't be, I though maybe I had typed the # wrong or something. I also received a receipt which was strange, but no download codes etc. I emailed her but am glad I'm not the only one having this issue, not that I want others to have problems lol

My order is also queued, but I'm sure it's going to be fixed sooner or later. :-)

LOL! Yeah, being as stubborn as I am, I tried my CC 3 times and kept getting that error message. So I gave up & used PayPal instead. Then I got 4 separate order confirmations - but my stuff is still queued, too. I sent Robin an email as well, and I know she'll take care of it as soon as possible. I hated to even bug her with all the other stuff that's been going on lately - but I guess she needs to know when there's a problem since she can't fix it otherwise.

yep... and the only reason I posted here was so that others knew there was something up... otherwise, I usually just email Robin with shoppe problems.

Hey girls,
After yesterday's incident, we changed a setting trying to up the security just a bit in the current shoppe which in turn caused all of your orders to be queued instead of processed so you could download instantly today. I've pushed all queued orders through and we've reverted that change to keep it from happening from here out.

Yeah Jenn,
It seems that what I mentioned earlier wasn't the issue because orders are still being queued. I've just pushed all queued orders through again and sent a note off to Jason letting him know that the problem is still happening, hopefully we'll have a fix soon.
I will keep you guys posted and will keep checking for queued orders throughout the day.

Hmmm, is it different for CC purchases? I got a receipt and it said "not finished" on the order status. I haven't received my download keys yet. Just curious... I would just go repurchase the kits I wanted but I used a coupon I had from Meghan Mullens and it won't let me use the coupon code again. what to do??

I fixed the coupon..looks like you have to redo your order it says failed on my end....guessing with the precautions that were in place earlier there was issues using credit cards so it didn't go thru.

Did you empty your cache & clear your cookies? If so, I'd probably send Robin another quick note . . . I think most everyone else got their stuff downloaded yesterday.
