Yes, i could search and look at layouts but I want to hear what you guys think :) I'm having problems using buttons - I find they just look awkward. I'm stuck in the "3 in a row" rut and am hoping someone has some words of wisdom :)

I sometimes use them to put on the edge of a paper or photo like they were holding it down and use them alot for flowers with no center.

I like to scatter mine on the page, use them to "anchor" things like frames and such.I use buttonson every layout so check out my gallery!

i use buttons on most of my pages both paper and digi. like shannon i'm addicted to them have been for years. centers of flowers, groupings of three, replacing the letter o, sprinkled arond, love how they look at the juncture of two pieces of paper - on on the edge of a piece of paper, they also look great at the beginning of a title or in the middle of a star, use a whole row of them in pace of a strip of paper. hth!

I have to use buttons on EVERY LO! hehe Try arranging 3 of them - in a triangle formation - but spread out across the page. Put one or two on the corners of different photos or mats and one holding down a text strip or something.

I'm another scatterer - my last several layouts have been really sort of graphic, so I like to add some buttons in a bit of a random way just to add some whimsey and fun to the page.

I like to use heather's triangle rule too, and i'll scootch my buttons around until i can see a big triangular shape to them.
