This just came out yesterday... Apparently Johnson's baby wash products contain an ingredient that is illegal to use because it's been linked to causing cancer.
Time to switch to Tom's of Maine I guess
Disclaimer, I'm not 100% sure if this source is true, but I thought it should be passed along in case :)

Found this:

But there's nothing recent in the searching I did - this was 2 years old.

You know..I went to buy some Mylanta last week at Wal-mart and there was a note on the shelf saying that Mylanta and other Johnson and Johnson products were not available for sale at present b/c of pending legal issues...I wonder if this is related to that?

Yeah, we don't use Johnson's baby products. Not because of that, but because me and all the kiddos get rashes and hives from it. I prefer Burt's Bees baby products, plus the smell of it is delicious.

I didn't know this either... we go back between this and Huggie's brand wash... so time to cut the cord with J&J.

The link you have posted is from April 22, 2010. I would hope that J&J has changed their ingredients in the last year....off to check the shampoo and bath wash I just bought!

That must be why they changed the formula I was buying! We loved the smell of the old one, but now the new one is horrible. I'm off to look for California baby!

OMGosh - this makes sense! The smell was so bad, I kept thinking I wasn't getting my kiddo's clean or something. We ended up throwing it out and going with a different brand all together (Loreal). I always wondered what happened to my good smelling stuff - I wonder if it was related to all this.
hmm yeah makes me wonder about this too.... thats all we use! kinda tough when you break down a lot of stuff...everything causes cancer
