P&PT please

I know I'm not always overly active here but I could seriously use some prayers and positive thoughts about my dog :( We have taken him several times to the vets office recently and he's just not been "feeling well" the other day he started shaking (he's always been on the skinny side but always been "healthy".) So needless to say they have given him ultrasound and everything else blood work wise--"he's fine" Well he ended up having pneumonia and they've cleared that up---good news right? Nope apparently not--he's gotten much sicker in the last 2 days with vomiting and diaherra (he was already to the point of not wanting to move--and he's always been a super active little guy--he's a 4 year old doxie) anyways---she said his white count is (up?) and that's a very bad sign so we are hoping over the weekend his cell count becomes even or they're going to have to put him under on Monday to check and see if he has something in his bone marrow--such as a simple infection to cancer--she said it's all very dangerous considering his current condition--and it would kill me to loose him as 2 weeks ago I lost one of my beloved labs to a massive grand mal seizure after being stung by a bee. I know this isn't much in comparison to others but please keep Webster in your thoughts and prayers because he's one of my kids :(

update on webster as of this morning was not looking positive, though he's gotten "no worse" he has developed ulcers around his eyes and they feel it's probably secondary infection but the vet that was on this morning seemed rather "stumped" by it all which feels disheartening. Monday they are due to do a bone marrow biopsy if his white count doesn't return to what it should be--I'm hoping for something positive but it's looking bleak to me :( I appreciate everyones love and support as this has been incredibly hard for me the last few nights :(
