What's your typical Sunday night like? Since we're not scrambling to get ready for school tomorrow, how are you spending your time tonight? Is it a TV night or a game night or are you still out enjoying as much of your weekend as you can?

well for me I am fixin to be passed out LOL. We went to Tosahatchee Wildlife Management Area (http://funandsun.com/parks/Tosohatchee/tosohatchee.html) today. It is about 5 or so miles of driving to the river at about 5 miles an hour LOL. we saw lots of birds. Some deer. An otter. Some wild turkeys. A bunch of different wild flowers. Oh and a few alligators. I think I drove my husband crazy telling him Wait! Slow down! Stop! every few minutes when I wanted to take a picture. It was fun. But exhausting. We were there for about three or four hours then went out for dinner and came home and now Ive just about crashed...just a little more online time for me and I will be out like a light :)

Darcy - I just watched a show on the Food Network about the "most surprisingly delicious food I ever ate"(or something like that). Anyway, I thought of you because Alton Brown said he had "fried black eyed peas" that were amazing.

I never get to watch tv and it was a treat to be able to watch Food Network. I love cooking.

Sunday nights...if I'm not working, we're vegging. We might go to the pool a few houses down, but usually we just do a lot of lazy on sundays.

Nothing to extraordinary, this is a 'home' weekend, during the summers we normally try to go camping at least every other weekend, sometimes more.

We're having leftovers, enjoying some sunshine, preparing for another week of work for DH (he leaves the house at 430 am & gets home after 630, it's an hour commute to work, which is long for up here in the sticks). We took the kids to see Cars 2 today and all 3 of them fell asleep, that was our 'special' treat, because we NEVER go to the theater. I think I can count about 6 times in the last 6 years, maybe.

We had a barbecue outside at the inlaws, and now the kiddos are in bed and DH just finished mowing the lawn. I think we'll just watch tv and then go read in bed. :)

Just got back from eating at one of our favorite restaurants (Slim Chicken) where kids eat for free on Sundays! WOOT! We invited my parents along and enjoyed some time visiting. Now we are just winding down from our day, all in pajamas. Kids going to bed in about 30 minutes and then Steve and I are going to watch the True Blood premier that we are currently recording. :)

um, true blood season 4 premieres tonight.
you mean, everyone's not watching that?

Stupid me set the timer to record it at midnight but thought I set it for 10pm. At 10:15 I checked the PVR to watch it (we had to finish watching the recorded Nascar race first) and it wasn't recording...doh! So now I'll have to wait until tomorrow to watch it. :(

Sundays are pretty much like every night here...girls go to bed, we watch TV until it's time for us to go too. I either surf the net, scrap or make jewelry while I'm watching TV.

We spent the afternoon with my dad... so kiddo was in bed early tonight from being in that fresh country air... hubby is in the office making phone calls for work... and I'm surfing and waiting until the Marriage Ref comes on...

Well this is not really a typical Sunday night, but I'm laid up in our comfy oversized armchair browsing and tagging files in ACDSee on the lappy while I wait for my pain meds to kick in so I can go to sleep. Noah head-butted me last night and broke my nose.

We're just hanging out! Nothing much on TV and we're waiting for a new movie from Netflix, so we're just chatting and surfing. :)

Watching tv, scrapping and doing some other stuff on the computer. Kids are in bed, Jeff is on his laptop playing WoW. Even though they don't have school in the morning, they still have to get up early to go to daycare.

I work most weekend and weekend daycare in my town is non-exsistant, so I normally work on Sunday, then drive 100 miles to meet my mom for supper and pick up my child. Then we drive the 100 miles home. He takes a bath, plays a bit and goes to bed. I surf the net for a bit, then watch a Netflix show and into bed myself. Sundays kinda suck like that.

Played Life with the boys, getting some laundry done, then will settle down with some popcorn to watch Drop Dead Diva. If I have any motivation after that, I might scrap a little.

I'm working a bit but we already went to dinner at The Spaghetti Factory and then tonight we're checking another thing off our list and going to get late night ice cream in our PJs!

We usually have Movie Night on Sunday nights, even during the school year. And we eat popcorn for dinner. But tonight we were busy in the yard so we watched an episode of Good Luck Charlie, put Luke to bed and I watched the Next Food Network Star. :)

A trip to Leatherby's? :)

Our Sunday nights are pretty boring - hang out with the family, dinner and then hubby heads out for his Sunday night volleyball league. That's about it! :)

Aww...Tracie that made my eyes water just thinking of it. Hope the meds kick in soon and you get to feeling better. DS gave DH a black eye with his sippy cup when he was little - was the worst black eye my husband has ever had!

Scrapping and surfing. The kids went to bed before 9:30 which is rare these summer nights so I'm enjoying the silence. :)

Cold Stone sounds so good!! We eat at my parents each Sunday. Then we do nothing. Sometimes a game but DH works so he is gone now and I'm waiting for the kiddos to go to bed. I've got the DVR to watch!! Trying to decide where I want to start tonight!! I need to work on something but what?

Dh and I watched True Blood SO glad it is back, but the ending...really?! NEED to know! Now he is playing on the Xbox while I check out some stuff before I head to bed to read. The girls are playing a new Monopoly (with debit cards lol) and having an all nighter camping out in the basement.

I just kicked DD off of the computer. I'm trying to find some scrapping mojo and watching the series finale of Law & Order: Criminal Intent, wondering how it could really be over (my favorite show) and feeling sorry for myself. Wah!

My normal Sunday night? Well, watching tv or scrapping. Pretty boring actually. I have my day off on Monday, so for me it's still very much weekend then.

Yesterday? I installed PSE9 on our new laptop and was very pleased that everything worked the first try! :o

We have no routine on weekends in the summer. I actually worked from 5 a.m. until 10 a.m. and then DD had a softball game for her All-Stars team. After that we did some packing for our move. We topped the night off with a street dance in the town we're moving to (live band even), a BBQ complete with a watermelon eating contest, and then fireworks. We got home at 9:30 and watched The Next Food Network Star (DD loves that show!) and then went to bed.

Well it's Monday morning now but last night I got the kids to bed and then read for about 3 hours. Not our typical Sunday night though since DH is traveling. When he's home we usually watch a movie or tv show together (so sad Game of Thrones is over til next year)
