I had to stop watching that show. It was bad for my emotional wellbeing.

Same here. I spent the whole hour trying not to cry (and not succeeding), thus giving myself a huge headache. I had to stop watching.

I usually don't watch it but I decided to DVR the one last week with Michelle Obama and I set it up to series instead of episode and it happened to be on the DVR this am when I was looking for something to watch..iThey all just pull on my heartstrings

I had to stop watching it for that reason too - too much sobbing!

However, in October they are going to my hometown Joplin and building 7 homes in 7 days to help a few of the tornado victims - something they have never done before. I'm not sure when it will be on, but I'll definitely have to watch that one. And it will be hard - I still can't even look at photos of Joplin without crying. :(

I love it. And yes, I cry every time too. There are so many sad news articles and tacky shows on telly now, that I find myself searching for the uplifting ones to watch. The Extreme Makeover shows make me happy.
