For all your support . . I mentioned (ok, had a lil rant lol) about giving up smoking on 'the-thread-that-never-ends' and have been absolutely blown away with the support I have received, the encouragement and fantastic cheerleading in general!!! And from people I dont even 'know'!!!

It is a huge step for me, and SO hard even though I really want to do it . . it is so lovely to hop on here after a craptacular day and see everyone's positivity, it really helps pick me up!

so again, THANK YOU!!!

It's just over 2 years since I gave up and I can honestly say I don't miss it at all any more. My DH had to hide the kitchen knives for the first 2 weeks though !!
Good luck and keep going.

You can totally do this! I know it's not easy (my mom quit when I was a kid) but you will be so glad you did and you will feel so much better! Not only you but your family members will also be healthier because of this positive step. (My mom quitting made a huge impact on everyone's health. We all felt better!)

One thing though, you will have to buy a new EHD because you'll have so many fabulous SSD kits that you've rewarded yourself with! LOL! :p

That's because digital scrapping is essentially guilt-free! No calories, no caffeine, no nicotine, no trans-fats, it's not genetically modified! LOL! It's totally healthy! :p
