I recognized a photo opportunity here but now that I have the photo, I have no idea what to do with it. This is SOOC. Please tell me there is something fun to be done with it!

I think it's such a cute photo Lena! Are you just wanting to focus only on your DD? It could be cute cropped of her. I played with it for like 2 seconds and wasen't able to do much, not sure if this helps or not:

I think it would be cute if you cropped the boys out since the photo was focused on her mostly...

There's almost no difference... oh well, I tried, lol! That's a hard one!

Thanks for trying Andrea! It is a difficult one. I may just have to resign myself to it not looking any better than it looks off the camera. Everything I try seems to be making it worse LOL. It was a cute idea, anyway :p

maybe you could try using "dodge" to lighten your shadow some? not sure if that would work any

Love to edit, my attempt...it's a creative edit. I love the light, the reflections and her expression.

Just for fun I played. These are the hard ones so I'm not sure I did anything. But it was fun to play. I'm not typically one for haze but for some reason these called out to me for haze so I ran an action I've never used before.

B&W version:

I love all these edits! Originally I really loved the color, but it never occured to me that doing B&W might lessen the distraction of the cars in the reflection, etc. Anyone who is interested in emailing me your full size versions, feel free. Thanks for your help, ladies

I'm no photo editing expert.. I just wanted to say what a cute photo this is! And I personally would not crop out the boys...I think it's darling with all three of them! :)

Maybe you can try cropping in on each child separately. You can then try editing them individually to get the best exposure for each one. Then scrap using three photos instead of one...Just a thought. I'd try it (and I LOVE editing) but my computer is broken right now and I'm stuck with a crappy program on my hubby's crappy laptop.

And colour:
