I have to keep a list in my lil notebook of the ones I want to do each month & check them off as I go! Otherwise I'd probably never be able to remember them all! But at least Karen makes it so easy to check your layouts/points with the Challenge Tracker, she's awesome!

I have a list in front of me and everytime a new one is added I put it on there. Then I just highlight them so I know which ones I did for the month.

I like to do the list thing too. Then I know which challenge is which (like the one word is "love", Scrap with the sugarbabes is Friends, Pop Rocks is websites, etc, etc. I like to keep them in the same order that Karen puts them up too, so I know what ones are older.

I just remember days for the challenges I do. For SSD just remember a new set of challenges go up every wednesday. (alternating challenges-NEW challenge of same topic every other week).

Hodge Podge is Tuesday. DigiDares is Friday, Traci Reed blog ch is Thursdays, etc

Lists are good, and I used to try and keep a notepad by the computer, so I'll probably do that and see how it goes. Still, I doubt I'll get done anywhere near what all these gals do, as I am so sloooow!

A list is the way to go for sure, I do the same and it makes it so much easier. Plus I get on the site right away every morning and check for new posts and continue to do that throughout the day until I go to bed......It works for me and I also don't forget giving LOVE to all the great layouts that get posted throughout the day as well.

I just remember...like Meg, the days of the week. I always remember SSD because I have been doing them for so long!

I also have the list method... but more geek-ish since I keep it on my PDA as a task. I have a task for each challenge, repeating every other weeks on the date when the new one will be up. I list the topic in an added note, and delete the notes as I get them done! Still, it's hard work: those girls are pretty creative!! LOL

I sort of am disorganized LOL

I go through Karen's list, see what I haven't done, then pick whatever strikes me at the time. I kind of know in my head what I have and haven't done, but I do forget LOL

I was just thinking this also! I'm a newbie to the challenges and definitely need to get organized!

Chloe I totally decided to keep a notepad file on my flashdrive and update that as I go. Much eaiser since I scrap at home and at work, lol. So I'll be a geek with ya!

oh good thread. I have no method, just madness LOL. I check Karen's challenge tracker thread and that is about it. But I feel very unorganized. A list . . . gee, why didn't I think of that?

When I used to do challenges lol, I would have a folder for each site. Then within that...have a folder set up for each challenge and I usually named it starting w/the deadline first. Like for TOTM...it would be named "022908_TOTM". That way the ones that have an earlier deadline are closer to the top of the list. But I guess I wouldn't do that hear b/c all the challenge pretty much have the same 'deadline'

I would then at times place photos that may work for the challenge and scrap when I have the time. The folder gets deleted after I've scrapped and have posted the LO.

I have a sheet stuck in my day timer every month called "Sweet Shoppe Challenges" and I write them down as I see them & check them off as I complete them. I also write down anything I buy on Saturdays to remnid myself to use them in the coming week for the bonus point.

I do what Jaime does...I try to do them in order and if nothing strikes me I go to the next one and then go back...but I have only been doing them since Jan, so I might not last to long with this method!

I think I'm going to have to try her method. Just so no one else feels left out, don't worry, I'll probably write a list too! I may stop short of an actual notebook, though, and just go with my time honoured tradition of jotting it down on the little scraps of paper I like to keep scattered around my computer... those ones that I lose just as I actually really need them! lolol...

I do the same thing...I just keep a list of what I've done and then go back and check against Karen's to see what I still want to do.

Boy, I'm in trouble then. My list is a post-it on my PC. Then I double-check against Karen's list and then check my gallery to make sure. It's my mass confusion method. LOL

Wow... you girls keep track of challenges for mulitple sites? You can tell how long it's been since I've been out there scrapping, lol!

Ahh... I have much to learn. ;)

Glad to know I'm not the only one with this method of organization. ;) Although, I have 4 notebooks as well as all the little pieces of paper, and even then I can't find which notebook and which PAGE in the notebook that I wrote something. Sigh...

Anyhow, back when I did all the challenges from everywhere, especially the blog challenges, I would just mark/star them in my blog reader and know I had to go back to them. Though I never kept up. LOL!

Sigh...Hehe, nope, you're not the only one. I exaggerated it somewhat, as I do use notebooks too. Actually, sounds like our overall methods are eerily similar, lol. The thing with the notebooks, is I pack them around with me and leave them all over the house. Beside the bed, on the ottoman or couch, etc. Then I either forget where I left it exactly, or I'm too lazy to go and find it, so I grab one of those trusty little scraps, with full intentions of putting the info somewhere more permanent later... and I'm sure you know how that usually goes... ;)

I did grab one of those notebooks and write the challenges down in it though... go me! And I think I'm going to make a challenges folder and try out Karen's method. I like the idea of copying photos I think might work into a particular challenge folder.
