Anyone Else Missing the Newsletter?

I didn't get the newsletter e-mail tonight. Am I the only one? I did read the newsletter on the blog and clicked on the link to subscribe, just to see if that would do anything. But, I got a 403 error. Not a big deal. If it's just me, I'll check with Robin.

I got mine, but it was in my spam folder - and my stuff from here NEVER goes to spam. So, be sure and double-check there, too! :)

I didn't get one either. I haven't gotten my SR download link email from Thursday (had to go in to my account to download after the queued status was processed) and I bought myself a GC last night (my PayPal account is set up with my pre-marriage account and I wanted to use our joint account) and haven't received that email yet either��

I haven't yet La... I was able to download all the stuff from SR in my purchase history. I will email hervtoday if the GC code that was in my confirmation doesn't work! I did get my confirmation of purchases so I know they are not going to the wrong email....thank goodness!,,

i got is 4 times or so as well. and it is a total glitch - this never happens. with the store rolling out and everything being "new" i am sure there are a few things that may still be a bit unsteady.

it is early yet, i am sure once robin wakes up - she'll be all over this.

hmm it's fine on my end

only glitch I still have is in the gallery if the LO titles that have FL in them are missing (Example..LO named Flowers=owers as the title) I had the glitch in the shoppe too when it first opened but now it's fixed for me there. It's only in Firefox too..Safari is fine for me

Well, I just went and checked my web mail. I NEVER check there cause I always read my emails in my Mail program. Mail has a pretty good junk mail filter, but apparently the newsletter got caught at the server level, cause it was in the Spam folder on my web mail. And, Darcy's newsletter was there too. Kinda weird. But, I got it. :)

Can any of you access the subscribe to the newsletter link at the bottom of the page or is it a 403/404 for all of you? If it's a 403/404, does refreshing your page help?

sbcglobal is notorious for blocking our mails on a whim, it's really frustrating. Still you should be able to subscribe... it's weird that you cant.

I tried going into Firefox too and got the same thing...tried accessing it on my iPhone and iPad too using Safari..couldn't.

I went into my store profile and it is checked to receive a newsletter. I am not too worried about the newsletter b/c I can read it on the blog..even though I enjoy sooooo much hearing that ding and checking my email! LOL I am more worried about my download links not coming through and ending up going someplace else!!! :confused:

Regarding our mails going into spam, etc. I just got this note from Jason...

As far as spam folder- we've got a new IP that hasn't been a mailserver for too long yet. Until we have a little more "responsible sending" time under our belt on the new server, it's likely we will go to spam for some folks.

We aren't on any black or greylists, though, so most likely, it's just due to the IP change.

So we may just have to give it a little time.

I subscribed again...it said I was already subscribed...I also typed in my gmail account too and that went through...I just don't check my gmail on the computer b/c it's soooo confusing to me..I just check from the phone!! LOL Someway or another I WILL get the newsletter!!

Hey Robin, just to let you know I haven't gotten a newsletter in forever, so I just used the subscription button at the bottom of the screen and it said it subscribed me. So that looks like it's working just fine.
