Okay, I realized today that I've stopped cooking and seriously fell into a rut. I hate going to the grocery store and meal planning, so we've fallen into the terrible habit of going out to eat. I love cooking, I just haven't been making time for it lately. Anyway, I've been looking at pinterest all day, but would love if you each linked up with one of your favorite recipes ever. Please!

Here's one of my favorites that I've actually been making lately- homemade pizza.

I use this for the crust: http://www.colieskitchen.com/2011/10/homemade-pizza-with-pizza-hut-style.html?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter

And this for the sauce: http://www.onelovelylife.com/?p=3042

Thanks everyone!

Crispy Cheddar Chicken (http://jamiecooksitup.blogspot.com/2011/10/crispy-cheddar-chicken.html) - I love this but I don't put the sauce on top. The first time we just "dipped" in the sauce. The 2nd and 3rd time I made this I didn't even make the sauce. :)

Baked Potato Soup (http://savourthesensesblog.com/loaded-baked-potato-soup/) - This one is unbelievable. It is by far my VERY favorite potato soup recipe EVER.

These are two found on pinterest. I have lots of recipes pinned. You can find me here (https://pinterest.com/taracotta7/).

This is my husband's favorite: Smothered Pork Chops (http://www.melskitchencafe.com/2011/06/smothered-pork-chops-slow-cooker.html)

We eat BBQ chicken sandwiches every month, and it's SO easy. I take 3/4 cup bbq sauce and 1/4 cup ketchup and add a cube of Chipolte Peppers in Adobo Sauce (I bought a can last year, used one pepper and then blended the rest and froze them in ice cube trays), pour it over my chicken pieces in the slow cooker and then shred the chicken. We eat it on hamburger buns, and everyone loves it.

Hubby made the most delicious brisket last night - brisket in the crockpot with Sweet Rays BBQ sauce, a shake of liquid smoke, and then paprika, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook all day, shred and serve over mashed potatoes or rice. Yum!

Tonight we had easy chicken enchiladas. I made the whole dinner in 30 minutes.
Cook ground chicken with taco seasoning. Put sharp chedder in fajita sized tortillas and scoop of chicken for adults I add some canned diced chile peppers (green). Then roll and top with taco sauce and more cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with yellow rice and salad. Makes 8 enchilladas. Easy and yummy!

Chicken Parmesan Casserole (http://foodwishes.blogspot.com/2008/02/end-of-chicken-parmesan-as-you-know-it.html) The first time we made it, our cook time was about double what he recommends on the site. Our second time around, we cut the chicken into 1" cubes and cooked it about 45 minutes.

Chicken Ranch Tacos (http://pedersenfood.blogspot.com/2011/05/chickenanch-tacos.html) I cook the chicken in the slow cooker with 1 cup of chicken stock, 1 packet of ranch dressing mix and 1 packet of taco seasoning. Once it's done, I shred it then follow the directions on the blog pretty much to the letter. The ranch dressing we do to taste.

Coconut Chicken Curry (http://allrecipes.com/recipe/michelles-coconut-chicken-curry/detail.aspx) - really good to add extra veggies: bell peppers, sweet potatoes, russet potatoes, thinly sliced carrots, and even pineapple is good in this!

This is our family's favorite Tortellini Toss (http://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/Tortellini-Toss). We make it with chicken and even my super picky eater loves it. We also like Colorful Kielbasa (http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/Colorful-Kielbasa) . We modify it though so it's a casserole instead of a skillet meal.
