Hi All - I am having problems with the Shoppe search feature. I use it frequently to bring up kits I have purchased - when I want to link back from the gallery - however - it never seems to work - even when entering the exact kit name. Anybody else having this problem? I have never been able to use it successfully... and then I have to scroll through page after page of that designer to locate it.. :cursing:

I haven't had your exact issue.. but it may be that the kit name includes words that are common within the product descriptions (for instance.. searching me heart be yers brought up 9 products) but searching me heart be yers by lauren grier cut it down to the one i was looking for.
maybe that's it ?

I have tried that - for instance - I just went now and tried "summer reading" - the exact kit name / nothing - then tried " summer reading heather roselli" - nothing - unchecked and and checked different choices - absolutely zip... verrrrry frustrating....

Hmmm I just went to Heather's store and viewed all her kits alphabetically, and I'm not seeing a kit at all by that name. Is it possible that it's retired or possibly a different name?

Ahh, thanks to google, I'm seeing that that's an older kit of Heather's. I would bet anything that it's retired. :)

I just took a look - and I don't see it - so likely gone. but - I did just go back and try a couple others - the kits were "little mr. big man" and "this boy's life" - no luck with those either. I did however have luck with "birthday shenanigans"!! Woo Hoo!! LOL
So - if a kit has been "retired" - can we still post to the gallery?
Thanks for your help!

Yes - as long as that designer still sells at SSD, it's fine!

Yep! As long as it's a current SSD designer, you can post layouts with any of our kits - retired or not. :) Since we just had a massive retirement in December (to prepare for the site redesign), I would bet that a lot of the ones you're looking for are probably retired.
Little Mr Big Man was Traci, I'm pretty sure, and that one was definitely retired. Not sure about This Boy's Life though.
Just post if there's others you're looking for... we're happy to help! :)
