I tend to eat the same things day after day. If I find something I like, I stick with it... until one day I go nuts and eat anything else in the house that I can find. :o
I thought it might be fun to share lists of things that are great for WW. Here are my staple favorites:
0 - Banana
0 - Grapes
2 - Carrots and a piece of String Cheese
2 - Mini rice cakes (9 pieces)
3 - Cottage Cheese
3 - Frozen Yogurt Chocolate popsicle
4 - Cucumber Sandwich - flat bread (3) with Laughing Cow spreadable cheese (2 pieces for 1 pt.!)
4 - Progresso Light Chicken Noodle
4 - Skinny Cow ice cream
And that's about all I can think of right now. You can see how a person can get easily bored...

I love the weight watchers ice cream stuff, especially the chocolate covered raspberry popsicles (they're 2 pts). I also really like Special K bars, they're 2 or 3 pts too.

For snacks I like Classen's Mini Dill Pickles, Skinny Cow Ice cream Sandwiches, WW string cheese, Skinny Cow Peanut Butter Crisps, Fiber One Bars, and watermelon. (I totally love those new little watermelons.) I go through spells too, so these are my favorites right now. :)

We make the cherries for them where I work and when we do production, we always grab a sample to put on some cheesecake. Best fruit prep ever, but no more cheesecake for me. Honestly, I usually have one bite. I've discovered one little bite of something makes me happy. :)

Am I the only one who thought that she meant the snack that you turn to when you hit a "low point" in your life? :D I was thinking Doritos or Oreos.
