I haven't scrapped in AGES. Like a year... I finally am getting back in the mood for it, and I'm working on a layout from the Portfolio.
I'm almost done, and want to put a title in the big green space. I just don't know what. Also, do the photos blend in too much? I used a Lightroom preset from Traci to tone down the colors (they were REALLY bright)... It's been so long, I feel like I don't know what I'm doing anymore!

I think the photos do blend in a little too much. Maybe you could increase saturation? Or add chunkier frames around them to provide more contrast? You could journal on that green space too, and leave the wordart as the title - just make it a little bigger.

Adorable pictures! I agree with Jacinda that they do blend in a bit too much. You could try matting them on white or cream instead of brown if you don't want to change the colors in the photos.

Thanks girls - I will try using cream mats, and fill in the blank area with journalling!
Well I am going to go against popular opinion...LOL
I like the pictures - although more saturation would look nice too!
If you did a title, my idea was "Make a Wish", but journalling would totally work there too - using the word art as the title.
But really - its a great page!! :)

I would also go with slightly more saturated pictures but I LOVE this. Which kit is this? Make a wish is an adorable title. I tend to just go with journaling a lot though.

I agree with Melissa, I like how they blend. Its very soothing. I also love the though of saying Make a Wish or something to match the dandelions.

Okay - this is what my final page looks like:

WOW - the colors from the first to this pic were way off (first was a screen shot, second was saved for web)!

It looks great. I was going to suggest the jounaling as well. That strip to me seemed to scream for some type of journaling :) I love that kit as well. You did a great job
