Morning everyone! After being a zombie yesterday, and feeling so groggy and useless, I'm much better this morning! I'm planning to work for most of the day, then hopefully get some scrapping in.

Anyone see the eclipse last night? It was SO clear here, Benjamin stayed up to watch it (he's 7, and it was 11:30 here before it was completely covered). Tony took some cool pics of it too. It's rare for us to have a clear night, regardless of whether there's an eclipse or not :D

So what are everyone's plans for the day?

We were under a light cloud cover so it wasn't as cool as I had hoped it would be here, but still...pretty awesome.
No big plans, but I do have a mini-workshop after school today on Bullying, a really good presentor is giving the information, so I'm excited to hear what she has to say!

Crummy night sleep for me - I'm sleeping on the couch while my mom's in town for a few days. But I did get to see the eclipse - the clouds cleared just in time here for it. Wish we could have gotten pics of it but it was too flipping cold and slippery to set up a tripod to take a good photo.
I have a very full work day planned today, but I'm trying to get some scrapping done here before I get ready for work. It's supposed to start to snow/ice here just in time for rush hour tonight, so that should be fun, LOL. Still, I'm happy it's Thursday.... a new Taste Test here, American Idol results, etc.

My plans for Thursday are to, um, go to bed, lol. Once I get these crazy kiddos in bed, I'm going to finish up this layout I'm working on and get some sleep. I took a two hour nap today, and it was SO nice. Max is still nursing in the middle of the night; he's five months old, so we really need to cut it out, but I'm so groggy at 3 am that he's nursing before I even realize I'm awake.

Tomorrow should be good, though. Joel's going out of town for the day and I plan to scrap the day away. ;)

Shannon, DH is a cop, and they regularly do bully presentations. I wish there was a way to stop it, sadly it continues on. I'd also be interested in what she has to say, if you don't mind sharing. I coach figure skating as a side job and I find it is evident even at the rink. It's so hard when in a lot of situations, you don't have the parent's support in any disciplinary action you try to take. Sigh.

Leslie, I'm sorry you're not sleeping well! We have had such weird weather here, take it easy driving home in that ice. I wouldn't have gotten the tripod out for the eclipse, it was too cold, but DH did. He was freezing LOL

Kellie, I remember those days, Tony used to tell me I looked like I didn't even wake up...I'd get Rae out of her crib, change her nurse her and bring her back (her crib was in our room then) and I'm not even sure I did wake up LOL! Have fun scrapping tomorrow!

Totally forgot about the eclipse...bummer. We're just hanging out at the house today until my FIL comes to pick up my son and then I'm off to do a little shopping 2-yr-old free!

I saw the eclipse! It wasn't what I expected, but still cool. It peaked about 10:30 in Mi. My 9 year old was bummed that he had to go to bed, so I promised him I would wake him up to see it. Yeaaaaah, right. That didn't work. He doesn't even remember me coming into his room, lol!

I totally forgot about it!! :(

Today is another busy work day, so I probably won't get to scrap much. Hopefully I can finish some stuff tonight though. Last night was full of drama, and drama is not condusive to scrappin! LOL!

I saw it and got a few pictures too but I have not uploaded them yet to see how they came out ! Thursday is my favorite day of the week so I celebrate it with making a really good meal and just hangin out with my niece and kids. I usually DO NOT scrap in this day but I NEED to get my points so I probably will!!!!

LMAO... Oh I'm glad to hear you'll be working Jaime... j/k!

I'm nursing TWO sick kiddos now. And I swear I feel like I want to coat the house in Lysol to try to keep my little guy from getting it. Croup sucks!

Other than my assult on germs, I plan to get the house cleaned up a bit and do some work. I was on such a scrapping roll last night that I would love to be able to keep going tonight.

Unfortunately I have to work today... I really wish I could call in sick since I'm STILL not feeling better but the boss man would not be happy...

Saw the eclipse, took pics and hopefully will get a chance tonight to upload them and see if they turned out.

Kellie - IKWYM. Rhett still nurses twice in the middle of the night! The doctor wants us to put him in his own crib in his own room but DH and I just aren't ready for that. However, I am feeding him solids at about 9:00 at night and that usually keeps him asleep until around 3 or 4. Between DH's job and Rhett, neither of us has had a full nights sleep since I was about 6 months preggo... LOL!!!

Other than that, I can't wait for the results show tonight!!! Maybe, with any luck, I'll actually get to scrap tonight too!

I forgot about the eclipse! I had to clean up dog pee in the living room then again on the pups' bed. Ugh! Bailee has a submissive peeing problem that I hope she gets over soon. Doesn't happen as much anymore, but for some reason she just drips out.

Today's the usual - work, go home, have dinner, put kiddos to bed and hopefully get some scrapping done. :)

Jamie that photo is awesome! I did see the eclipse but had a heck of a time getting photos! I kept getting a reflection! Of course I have no clue what I'm doing either! LOL! I did wake up my boys too because I promised them I would.

I am working now, I can't wait for this week to be over! I want next week to be done because it's a short week for me and I'm off to TX to visit with Amy Bleser for a long weekend! Can't wait to get to see her and be out of the COLD!!!

Awesome photo! I saw the eclipse for about 20 sec before it was behind clouds again. By the time the clouds broke up enough to see anything it was pretty much over. :(

I just had a bunch of time free up so hopefully I'll scrap a little more than I expected today! Sadly, I was supposed to be making up all the games and decorations for my niece's Webkinz birthday party this weekend, but she came down with a major case of the flu and the whole family is getting it, so her party had to be cancelled. :( I'm so sad for her, she was so excited about this party, but I must admit I'm liking having all my free time back! (shhhh, don't tell her I said that!)

Hubby just finished up his latest job yesterday so he's home today. He'll expect me to be excited about that and do some stuff with him, so I guess I don't get quite as much free time back as I'd hoped! I need to make a list and put him to work... get him out of my hair, lol.
