So, does anyone even print individual photos anymore? LOL I haven't had any printed in a couple of years, but I've got several I want to have printed for the grandparents as well as some to frame for us. In the past, I ordered from scrapbookpictures.com, but I don't even know what's available for printers anymore.
Who do you use for individual prints (as opposed to layouts or photo books)? I can see who has the best prices, but I'm more concerned about quality.
Who do you recommend?

I don't order them much but when I do I use either shutterfly or snapfish. A lot of times you can find coupon codes for free prints for both of those sites..or at least reduced prices.

I have mine printed locally. Probably doesn't help you much, does it, lol?

I hardly ever print either - when I do its usually because I have free prints from Shutterfly...I also use my local Target :)

I only print when I get a good deal from Snapfish (or some other such company); also whenever our Walgreens has 25 free prints (every month or so), I get them.

I only print when I want to frame something or occasionally to mail it to the grandparents. For the former, I've mostly used Shutterfly. I want to try Persnickety for individual prints, but I haven't printed any lately. When I'm just printing a stack of 4x6's to send to relatives, I usually do it through Target. The quality (at least at my Target) isn't as good, but it's fast and convenient and they think the prints are fine. I've also used Costco for the 4x6's, and the quality was better. They're just not as convenient for me as Target is.

I usually order them from Costco if I'm doing just a few prints. I've always been pretty happy with their quality.

if I need them quickly - I'll use walgreens... if I can wait - I go through shutterfly - either search for a coupon code online - or sign up for a new account under a new email *not that I have ever done that...* ;)

I get a bunch printed about once a year. I'm a member of Fotki where I store all my photos and scrap pages so I get them printed through there.

I highly recommend mpix. I use mpixpro for my photo clients and they are actually the same quality. It's more expensive than Walmart, obviously, but totally affordable for the quality.

I am way behind on printing! But I have used snapfish before and they were pretty good. I like to have hard copies to go in albums.

When I print I just order through Costco. I can upload the photos and then pick them up about an hour later. I couldn't tell you the last time I actually ordered prints, though!

Thanks everyone! I just realized I've got $20 to Shutterfly from a new-mom package thing I received. So, I think I'll just order them through there. Yay!

I haven't ordered photos in three years. Just got all my frames back and need to update all the photos. I have a credit for fifty free from Shutterfly so I'll probably go with them. Traditionally I use mpix as they have much better quality.

Nope. Haven't printed them in awhile. We do however do lots of slideshows on our computers to see them all!

This... Actually I use MpixPro, which is the 'big sister" lab (in the same building actually).

I don't really order prints for myself unless it is a large format print (larger than 8x10) and then I usually order through Shutterfly because I get good deals. The quality is decent, not professional but not a lot of people can tell the difference. ;) When I do order prints I order from Walgreens or Shutterfly depending on who has the best deal. I order for the ILs and either have them pick them up at their local Walgreens stores or I have Shutterfly mail directly to them... if I waited to mail them myself I never would.

I order prints so infrequently, usually just for my mom & the grandparents but I use Color Inc which I think is a pro lab but I'm definitely not a pro and I can order just fine. It's a little putzy but I love the quality and they offer so many different paper types!
