looking for an andriod app

an andriod app that will remind me every 15 minutes to do my neck exercises. any ideas?

I'd say set a calendar reminder ... with 15 minute increments. Not sure about an actual app though.

i don't want to have to turn it off i just want it to beep once

I'm not an android user but I'd look for something like an exercise interval app - it'll beep like that but not sound an alarm. I have one for my iPhone but I can't remember what it's called.
