hey! I am starting my teaching blog and am clueless on how to actually design the blog. I think I'll just hire someone to do it, BUT have no idea who?! Any help?

I have a prophoto blog
Its a wordpress blog but super super easy. For what you would pay to design one, you could have full control on yours. So I am recommending them.
