Actions not working...

All of a sudden tonight my actions in PSE 9 are not working. I click on them and nothing happens at all! Any ideas on what to do or try?

have you restarted your computer and it's still not working?

If so, then the only other thing I can think of is to rebuild the mediadatabase file

I did reboot and it didn't work, but after trying twice more it's working - I guess 3 is a charm!
