I can't post this on facebook since those involved are my facebook friends but...
Why do grown women act like junior high kids? I got pulled in to the middle of an issue between two friends and I am completely annoyed with the drama and immaturity. Ugh!

My two best friends used to go at each other all the time. I was the glue that held it all together and finally decided being in the middle was hell. I let them fight it out and end their friendship, but am still friends with both of them. I don't talk about one with the other and I love them both dearly. I think we are all happier now. Perhaps you should tell both friends you refuse to be in the middle and let the chips fall where they may?

I totally agree!! I get it all the time and do not understand why people have to cause drama over stuff that is so small. Like the situation the other day about me referring to my daughter's mother-in-law as her mother-in-law. I mean I was talking to one of MY friends who would not know her from a hole in the wall so why would I use her first name yet it turned into WW3 with my daughter, her mother-in-law, her mother-in-laws sister and her daughter and in the end her MIL was devastated because she did not understand what MIL means and once she did it was lke oh I see why she said that. But her niece apparently dd not like the fact that I was not around to help plan my daughters wedding. My daughter got her invites on the day her little brother died and her dad was in the hospital in critical condition. (which btw designed the invites as well as the RSVP card and a special insert card for directions. I also designed an engagement photo to include with the invites). But you know I was not involved and apparently losing my son was not a good enough excuse after my husband was out of the hospital to be more involved!! His whole family seems to thrive on drama really. I feel sorry for my daughter for what she married into.

it is just my personal opinion, but I think the people who create drama do not have enough to do. I usually recommend taking up a hobby to the drama queens in my life. I have had enough drama to last me a lifetime and can do with out the manufactured kind. :)

Sigh...I know what you mean. My mom has been here all week dealing with various emails from the group she is involved in. One person is resigning, pointing fingers. Got her all upset. What a mess.

It's funny because the two I am dealing with both have tons to do. I think some people thrive on drama. I try to avoid it like the plague and keep getting wrapped up in stuff.

HA! Good advice. :D
And the same here... I like to keep it drama-free, thankyouverymuch. I've had enough for one lifetime.

Its great to see so many non-drama lovers here. :) I hope things die down between these two soon but I'm DONE.

I don't allow my friends to put me in the middle of their messes. I'd rather go without the friendship if need be.... I don't have the time, the patience or the desire to be a part of their childish drama fests.
