How do you get them??? or Add them???

You can grab some fan blinkies here (https://www.sweetshoppedesigns.com/blog/)...on the blog to the left. Just right click and save the ones you want to your computer and then upload them somewhere like www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.us. It will give you a link after you upload...just come here click on your User CP and edit your siggy.... and add the image links in.

I am not sure about photobucket, but on imageshack, I take the direct link, which would be the last one on the page it gives you, and then here in the user cp...just click on edit signature and then click on the "insert image" icon and put in that link.
