Awesome numbers last week!! Can't wait to see y'all progress this week. I had a bitty, bitty drop of .4 lbs. But I will take it. LOL!! Gotta remember to take my water pills during the summer or I will not see any losses.
A loss is a loss, Melissa! I need to know about these water pills. I'm not as good about drinking water as I should be.
I had an awesome week! I was really happy with it after the flat week I had last week. But, I was also expecting something good because I walked for an hour every weekday last week, and I stuck to my points really well - even with two more lingering family parties.
So, I lost 4.2 lbs. I blew threw my 10% goal, and my total loss over 8 weeks is 22.4 lbs. Wahoo! I set a new, more ambitious goal, so that will take me a little while to hit. I am super close to going down a size. I can fit into the next size down now, but it's kinda tight. So, I'm gonna give it another few weeks before I actually make the switch.
Thanks so much for the motivation girls! I have to admit, I'm feeling a little proud of myself these days for sticking to the program and getting my exercise routine on track. It feels really, really good. :D

Ok I'm not sure if I should post because urgh I gained...I can only blame myself...My credit card got stolen a few weeks ago & they cancelled my WW subscription...I figured oh I'll just do it myself without going to the meetings...Um wrong decision...After a week and a half of eating horribly I had enough so I decided to go weigh in yesterday...I gained 1.6...I thought I gained all of the weight back so I was a happy that is was only a 1.6 gain...I'm totally back on top of it today...I even went for a walk at lunchtime...You ladies definitely inspire me to keep it up...Seeing all your successes makes me think I can do it to...I want to get to 20+lbs like the rest of you :)

Lydia that rocks!!!! Congrats, you are really doing an amazing job!! The water pills are to help get rid of water I retain during the warmer summer months. My ankles and legs swell pretty good if I don't. I just have to remember to drink my water since they can dehydrate ya. :)

You can do it Rachelle. I can totally tell the bad weeks I have are cause I am not tracking like I should be. Sorry to hear about your cc. That sucks.

Congrats on your losses Lydia and Melissa. I weight tomorrow am and I think I have a gain. It's been a week of not tracking my points (we went out for Indian food and it all went down hill from there). I drank lots of water today hoping I could flush my system but I don't know if it will be enough. Oh well..it's not a race. Just have to keep working at it and not give up!

As I suspected, I'm up 1.4 lbs, but I'm not surprised. The first week was easy, last week I tried to wing it too much. So I'll just go back to the planning and tracking and get back on course. Think my MIL will be offended if I bring a cooler with my go to foods with me this weekend? LOL!

This is my biggest loss to date 1.8. I'm so excited.
Note to self....do not celebrate by eating a bag of M&M's!!!!
Congrats Lydia and Melissa. You two rock!

Wow, congrats to everyone! You are all doing great. I have finally realized myself after a year plus that those gain weeks are not the end of the world. You just move forward from it and make your next choice a better one. Especially when you get so near the end like I am (I and 6 lbs. from my WW goal weight - woohoo Lifetime Status here I come!). I am totally okay with fluctuating 2 lbs. from day to day. It is completely normal.
I weigh in today after not going in for 3 weeks. I am hoping for a descent number but I didn't go in for a few weeks because I haven't been doing my best due to going out of town, being sick, etc. So, I will be happy with whatever it is - a loss will be a loss. It is getting really hard to get the last bit of weight off. I upped my cardio this week to try and kick things up. We will see if it pays off. ;)

Awww, thanks girls! I am so happy it inspires you cuz you can do it too! I have been on this journey for 14 months and you will get here too.
I was down 2.2 this time (from my last weigh in 3 weeks ago). I was very happy with that. In 14 weeks I have lost 17.4 lbs. which averages to 1.24 lbs. a week I think. I think that is pretty good. I keep reminding myself it is a marathon and not a sprint. LOL

Nee Nee, so good to see you! I didn't see your pics, but I know they are probably fabulous! Good luck with those last few pounds!
Great job this week Tracy! I know you and Julie will hit your 30 lb goals by July! You ladies are awesome. :) BTW Melissa love your new profile pic. I've been thinking about changing mine to an actual pic. lol
I lost 2.3 lbs this week for a total of 54.1. I'm super excited but also terrified. A lot of people are noticing, which always makes me stress. I can handle a few, but a lot of notice really makes me feel awkward and scared that I won't meet expectations. Then on top of that, they are all telling me their weight loss and REGAIN stories. Kinda like "you are doing great, but don't think you can keep it up." As a lifelong chunk, that is my biggest fear and this week it is right in my face and putting me in a tizzy.

Nee nee, congrats on your loss and you are right, it is better to take off slower than fast!! So proud of you!! Lorie, you rocked it this week. Don't let those other people freak you out, you can do it and you can keep it off, just cause they can't. :)
