View Full Version : Question about customer service contact form

I made a purchase in the store for $10.48 on the 2 November over DSD weekend. I was expecting the FWP Jady Day kit to be included and it wasn't. I used the store contact form to send a message immediately after placing my order. I have still not heard anything.

I messaged on Facebook on the 5th and although I had a couple of replies still this problem has not been resolved.

I then messaged customer services again on the 8th I believe and still nothing. It has now been 8 days since my I placed my order and began trying to resolve this issue.

Does the shop contact form not work or am I being ignored?

I've had trouble using that form too. You might post a message on the main forum that you need help and they will get it fixed for you. Once they get the message they are always quick to help.

I've replied back to you on the 5th and the 8th sending the download keys over to you both times so for some reason my messages arent getting to you. I'll send the download link to you via a PM here in the forums, but will you do me a favor and check your spam folder for the messages so I can see if your ISP is delivering them to you as spam?
