I think I have about 25 autumn/fall kits at this point and one, and only one, Christmas kit! Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating about how many autumn kits, but maybe not!

I think it's because Digital Scrapbooking Day falls in early November and so I have the kits I have bought, plus free kits and add-ons, etc. Now, autumn is my favorite time of year and I'm much more inclined to take photos in the fall. But still, it's crazy! I think I never have to buy another November kit again, ever.

The one Christmas kit that I have is "Deck the Halls: Chic" by KCB, which is absolutely lovely and one of my favorite purchases from SSD ever, but I really need more. And not just Christmas, but winter-themed.

Is there a season or holiday that you have a total weakness for when it comes to kits?

yes...beach kits. I need more. I buy every single one released. Doesnt have to be beach. It can be nautical. It can just be water related LOL. Living in Florida only 15 minutes or so from the water we have spent many days at the beach and it is my favorite place. Behind that would probably be Christmas and country themed kits. Then Disney...Maybe Disney is up with beachy kits though.

I don't think I have a seasonelated weakness, but I do have a weakness for emotionally-themed kits or kits that focus on character qualities like kindness, honesty, love, that kind of thing. I love it when I have a kit for however I'm feeling, complete with awesome word art to go with! The designers here are awesome with coming up with these kits!

Hands down my weakness is Christmas kits. If a new one gets released, the chances are very high that I'm going to buy it.

I just looked at my preview tags and here were the top ones:

112- girl kits
89- Disney
79- Christmas
43- Fall
42- Summer
42- Halloween

I am totally not surprised by those numbers! I have two girls so I always tag my girly kits and I love Christmas kits. And despite living in Arizona, fall kits are great for fall/winter/Thanksgiving/Halloween. Disney is an anomaly because I don't have a ton of Disney pics but I used to CT for a store that had some designers that made Disney-esque products.

Uuuuh, I have found I have a weakness for vintagey kits. Or travel-themed kits. And now I find myself really attracted to art journaly kind of kits/elements :)

Girly kits. I love Christmas kits too, but I never seem to have many photos to scrap them with.

Back to school kits! And then girly kits.

Once I sorted my previews I realized autumn is more than represented yet it still doesn't stop me from buying more (I blame Jenn). Absolutely no birthdays or sports, quite a few about scrapping or "telling a story" but very little Christmas. Now before I purchase, I open up my previews to reduce impulse buying.

I have a weakness for Halloween and Christmas kits, especially Christmas. I've told myself no more Christmas kits for quite a while. I have several that I bought last year that I still haven't used.

Never fear, SSD designers, as I will be shopping for Christmas kits! :D

I suppose it would be shorter to list what I don't collect. Which would be Valentine, sports and military. But even so I have some kits of that sort, because I needed them for some LOs. ;-)

I'm a sucker for Christmas, autumn, beach & sea, poppies, anything wineelated, dandelions, roses... and I love certain colour schemes and can never be cured of that - blue/yellow, pink/grey, pink/lime, anything teal... And let's not mention my love for anything grungy... and photo masks... and many, many more.

I always have lots of autumn and Christmas kits. We do lots of my fave things then: apple-picking, pumpkin patch, annual portraits, etc. and it's not eleventy million degrees out, either.

Since I do a December Daily-esque book, I get lots of use out of my Christmas ones. I always look forward to KCB's annual Christmas collection for this reason.

I just a sucker for themes, christmas, thanksgiving, halloween, birthday, traveling, house cleaning, ballet, sports, you name it. If it is a theme that can be scrapped with a certain event I feel the need to buy it and do that thing. :)
