:D :D :D
Some of you have seen this on FB.
I have seriously twisted love for "bad Santa" pictures....aka the child screaming bloody murder.
This year I hosted Pictures with Santa through my photo biz. I KNEW my child would be "that child" who is terrified. And sure enough.....this is what I captured.....
http://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/385090_10101206245511354_1666116577_n.jpg

Santa was my FIL...so my daughter CLEARLY knows him. I even had him take off the beard and hair, and she was fine, but the second he put it back on it was like he was going to kidnap her. I told him to just hold onto her for dear life, because regardless I wanted a picture. (in my opinion, the more crying the better lol)

She was the first one all day to scream...and then after she came in, I had 3 more who were not impressed by him. lol

That's awesome!! My younger son was scared of Santa, too. Unfortunately, we only had the mall Santa, so pictures of a crying kid with Santa weren't really an option :(.

Aw, poor baby! She looks so upset!

Should I feed your twisted love for them with my little guy?

I already scrapped it... I love how he is totally in panic mode while the rest of us are all smiling and looking cheery.... total contrast.

My brother's kids had the same reaction last year. He provided the journalling for this page:

Jack cried at Santa when he was still FIVE! I made a layout called, "Santa: Still Creepy After All These Years".

I love the look on Santa's face!

Good times! I also find the humor in these moments. Devlin didn't even make it to the lap before he ran the other way lol!

haha, im the same. I was actually almost glad when my daughter screamed this year! Shes a huge diva, and it just wouldnt have been her if she had sat and smiled. You wouldnt believe that 30 seconds before this photo was taken, my son also had a death grip on me and was absolutely terrified. He can switch on the charm in seconds!

Oh gosh...that is hilarious. My oldest was afraid of Santa when she was 3. She wouldn't even let us take her out of the stroller in the mall anywhere near him. LOL! She asked me to walk her by him at the mall one day - I'm thinking...maybe she'll get out, take a picture. Oh no, she yells from the stroller - Santa! Play-doh! Then looks at me in a panic - go, mommy!

LOL LOL! One of the funny things in my life.

Has anyone seen the ridiculously cute pictures of the toddler and Santa asleep floating around facebook? I guess the baby feel asleep right before they made it to the front of the line. The mom was just about to leave, figuring it was pointless, when the Santa pulled her over. He laid back, pretending he was asleep, and they put the baby on his chest. It was amazingly cute!
