Sorry for the delayed response. I tried to edit my post as I was getting some spam after posting my email. Here is the picture:
Thanks for any help! :)

What kind of help are you after? Such a cute photo BTW.

Thanks you!
I am not sure. It seems kind of dark and when I tried to add a LR preset to it it didn't look right. Maybe I should just brighten it up a bit?
I love the picture, unfortunately I don't know the settings very well on this point and shoot and it kept freezing on me.
Thanks again for the reply. :)

I played with a little bit...ran a couple of actions and filters on it. I think you could do a lot with it. Here's what I came up with after just a few minutes of playing with it...

I duplicated the layer in photoshop and changed the blending mode to screen. Did that 2 more times, then added a soft light layer on low opacity. Opened the levels box and increased the darks a little. Red eye removal, slight gaussain blur then unsharp mask and saved for web:

The photo is underexposed so I'd start with a Levels adjustment layer in Photoshop (It's under Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Levels in CS3, not sure about PSE) It's really easy, all you do is add the adjustment layer and then drag the little black and white arrows in towards the edges of your histogram, like this:

You will get some grain on it but you should be able to edit it more like you normally would after you've lightened it.
