We have friends (husband and wife) who have really helped us out since we found out about my sons cancer. They were there at the hospital with us everyday the first week until family was able to come. They brought us food, treats, and support. I don't know what we would have done without them. Since then they have done a lot of other things for us as well. Loaning us a car for Dr. appointments, gifts for Shad, visiting, etc.
We want to get them something to help show our appreciation for Christmas, but we are stumped. Do you have any suggestions of things that would be good?

A gift certificate is always nice, but a handwritten letter or card telling them how much they mean to you would probably really make their day. It's always nice to hear that your help is appreciated! :)
