Hey girls,
The site is obviously incredibly slow and laggy since the server was moved the night before last. We've discovered that there are some compatibility problems with the hardware that we are working hard to fix. Please know that we'll extend the New Release sale if need be to accommodate any technical difficulties that you may experience while trying to shop tonight and in the morning.

Thanks, Robin! The site has been going in and out all day for me. Maybe it's a sign I should go scrap instead. I'm sorry the move isn't going as smoothly as you'd like!

Hopefully, the designers will post the full previews on their FB pages? Even if I can't actually buy tonight, I'd love to see what they've been creating this week! :)

We have a new system ready for the site to be moved to to hopefully help with this issue, so if the site is down completely for a bit of time tonight, just know we're working on it as fast as we can to be up and running smoothly for you guys.

WOW! So what we thought would be a quick bit of downtime to fix some issues we found on the server after the move ended up being an all-night affair with one problem after the other being uncovered by Jason in the process.
This man is amazing. He stayed up all night to get us back online and things seem to be working much better in the shoppe again. There may still be some glitches as we stumble upon little things, so your continued patience is invaluable to us.
Our new release sale will be extended til early monday morning to make up for the extended downtime too.
Im going to try to get a couple of hours of sleep, but will be vigilant about checking my email when I am up if you need anything.

I'm still having issues with it. When I try to go to the forum link I get the Oops 500. I have to "sneak" in the backway. I'm not having any issues with the store, just the forum.

omgosh, that was the WORST. I nearly died. I was awake through the WHOLE THING, people. Sometimes it bites being on the other side of the world!
But. Now I'm happy. My shoppe is back up. My forum is here. I can breath, and shop, again.
Thank you so much, Robin, for making this place such a great place to be that we're all in a panic with out it! And thank you to Jason who I don't know but do love very much for all his work to make Saturday sweet.

Lee - are you waiting for download keys or was your order queued? Let me know how I can help! It looks like there is something going on with mail because Im not receiving order confirmations and the like right now, but the shoppe's back-end is working great, so just let me know what you need and I'll get you fixed up!
HollyAnn - which link exactly isnt working for you? Im not having any trouble navigating anywhere on the site and its much faster than it was for me, so any specifics you can give me would be great!

Hi Lee,
If you havent received download keys, there could definitely be an issue with emails being sent. I'd recommend logging in to your account in the shoppe, clicking order history from the menus on the left and downloading directly from there.
Just search for your recent orders, click on the order number of the order you need to download and then once inside the invoice, you'll see a small "download" link under the name of the product on the invoice.
I know some people dont know you can do this, but it's super helpful to always know you can download straight from there so you dont have to wait for emailed keys anymore.

Thanks so much Robin & Jason for the hard work to get our favorite website EVAH up and running... and yeah, it's lightning fast. I had to empty my cache and delete cookies to get the site to work on Chrome, but it does now. :)

I still get an internal server code if I click in a couple spots but otherwise I see SSD, yay!

It's all good for me. My order was queued but was able to go to my order history and get the dl's. Never got emails from the shoppe though about having an order or dl links. I did receive my newsletter though.
Thank you Robin and Jason for all your hard work! I really appreciate you keeping this the sweetest spot on the interwebs! You guys ROCK!

Yeah, like I said, I DO think emails are clogged up somewhere in the system, but I dont want to wake Jason up for that. I know he'll get us fixed up in that dept. when he is up.

I got thru alright, a little slow and I had to go into my order history to download, but YAY for Jason working so hard for us!!

Got through fine and was able to download from my order history. I did have a problem with it switching back to the shoppe from Paypal...I'm not sure if that ever did connect. The only other problem I had was when I went to download from my order history, it took a while for the invoices to open up so I could access the download links but that seems to have just been a hiccup.
