I'm getting discouraged. I worked out nearly every day for two weeks and logged my food staying under calories and my weight won't cooperate. It doesn't like me.

Don't give up keep doing what you're doing and the weight will eventually come off...

I weighed in yesterday and lost 3.2lbs. I was surprised because I skipped last week's weigh in because I wasn't feeling well and I wasn't really sticking to the plan but I didn't go completely off program either. In the month of January I lost 9lbs (1lb shy of my goal).
i'm doing OK - i started off slow in january (really slow LOL) - but have been really focused the past 2 weeks. i lost 3.5 lbs this week, making it 7 lbs for the month ...
i hoping february will be even better :)

Quiet week this week!!
How's everyone doing?
I didn't want to post recently but I haven't really been being too strict on my diet because I was holding out hope that I'd be selected for the Genghis Grill contest. With such a big prize up for grabs, I want to focus all my weight-loss during the contest dates.
Soooooo... I'm being naughty this week and enjoying life because once the contest starts next Monday, I'll have my official weigh-in. And for the next 60 days, I will be SUPER strict and won't cheat even once. Can't wait!!!

The scale FINALLY moved for me this week, I am down another pound. That makes it 6.3 pounds since the beginning of the year.

Well, I think last time I mentioned I lost 1.6 lbs. That was the Friday before we headed off to Disney on Saturday. I basically gained 1.6 back this past Friday. Not bad... I was expecting much worse since we eat at the parks (and UNO deep dish Chicago-style pizza once, too). I was good about splitting everything I ordered with someone in my family, so I ate much less. The only thing I ate all to myself was the AMAZING broccoli peppercorn salad in the Magic Kingdom.
Today I weighed myself (I felt compelled...) and was down another 2 lbs. so, hopefully it was really just that time of the month that made me gain last week, not Disney. We'll see come Friday if the weight loss holds. ;)
I am eating a healthy sushi roll & salad tonight instead of junky super bowl food. And I plan to break out my trusty yoga DVD's this week and get back into some regular fitness routines.

It's weigh in day for me, down 4.2 lbs for the week, 9.4 lbs for January and 19.6 lbs since I started at the end of November.
I've also been measuring, and just in January I'm down 4 inches in the waist & 4.5 in the hips!!!
To celebrate I actually went shopping on Wednesday and splurged on a pair of jeans, the most I've ever spent on pants was about $40...I bought a pair for $78 (which was after the discount) They feel amazing, and in 2 months (or less) when they don't fit anymore, I'll sell them for 1/2 of what I paid and get another pair as a reward.

I haven't joined in on Weekly Weigh Ins in like forever. I lost 3.8 pounds this week. I started the new Year at 224 and I hit the scale today at 214.6. I am working out during the Super Bowl commercials. I had struggled at the beginning of my year but once I cleaned up my diet, the weight started dropping off!
