does anyone else here have issues with this? I have seen 2 drs and they have given me 2 diff meds (zantac and tecta.. so far neither do anything :(

I'm in a lot of pain. its been 2 full weeks now of just these little air burps.. constant.

I need some suggestions cause i'm losing it over here :(

My back is in agony and my upper stomach is just pain.. I feel like i have something stuck in my throat all the time :(

You may need to have your gallbladder checked. The upper stomach and back pain were my worst two symptoms before I had mine out..especially on the right side and it was always worse after eating. It caused constant indigestion and burping like you're describing too. Constant reflux can cause that "lump in your throat" kind of feeling..and reflux is a symptom of GB disease.

my husband has some serious issues with his stomach and the ONLY thing that works is esomeprazol.
used to be exclusive to astra zeneca and very expensive (even here in germany he had to pay a lot to have this). for i think two years the thing is open to copy and very inexpensive.

but really - i don't know if this helps or if the other medications you have are actually eso. just might be a try because it is not expensive.

i had my gallbladder out about 6.5 years ago (how has it already been that long)

I immediately thought of the gall bladder too. So much for us having the answer...

I did some "dr. googling" and it is possible even years after gall bladder surgery to develop stones in the common bile duct, and the symptoms are what you are experiencing. Push your Dr. for a ERCP test - http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/ercp/ to figure out the cause of the problem.

speaking of.. this is how redneck I am. We don't have a pharmacy here so the town 20 minutes away sends stuff up and we pick it up at... our gas station ;)

UGH - Gallbladder.... Been there - have the scars to prove it !! LOL I sometimes get this - it may last for a few days - but can linger - and I do believe - since having my gallbladder out - I am developing stones in the bile ducts... However - I have been o.k. for quite some time - perhaps I passed them?... Not Fun... hope the doctors can get to the bottom of it for you!
