Hi girls!!
How's everyone doing this week?
Well, I'm officially 1 week out from starting the Health Kwest competition, so I'm enjoying myself this week before hitting it HARD next Monday.
My 35th birthday is Saturday, so I really want to go out and have a sinfully rich and gooey dessert somewhere. LOL
I *am* starting to exercise more this week though. Starting next week, I'll be going to the gym every single day, so I just want to work a little of the soreness out in advance. :)
What's new in your world?
I weighed in this morning and had dropped 1.4 lbs. I've lost 65.2 lbs. total, and I'm officially 1.8 lbs away from my final goal. Woot!
I didn't keep track of my points last week . . . well, at least not officially. I was kinda keeping track in my head a lot of the time. But, I'm trying to see how well I can do at just making good choices and not actually tracking every single thing I put in my mouth. We'll see how it goes this week. I'm expecting it to take a few weeks to lose this last little bit.
Libby - enjoy your birthday, and good luck with the Health Kwest competition!!! I honestly don't know if I could handle eating at the same place everyday for 60 days. I hope they have a wide variety of food. LOL. :D

Oh WOW! Lydia! I can't believe you are so close to your final goal! You've really been SUCH an amazing inspiration. It seems like you just started this journey (though I know for you it probably feels much longer! LOL) you've been consistent throughout, and I think that's awesome!!
And thanks! I'm actually one who doesn't get bored with food. I'm perfectly happy eating the same thing day in and day out, so we'll see if I'm singing a different tune in April. LOL They have a big buffet of raw ingredients that you put together to make up your bowl (then they cook it for you). I can choose from lots of different sauces and seasonings, too. So, I should be able to change it up a bit to keep it interesting. Maybe I should do a video of me making my bowl there one day! LOL

Libby - it's going to be so fun hearing about your Health Kwest competition....and Happy Birthday on Saturday.
I lost 2.8 pounds this week. I blew it yesterday during the superbowl...there wasn't a healty food in sight.

I'm down 30.8lbs! My weigh loss has slowed a bit but I still lost almost 4lbs in January I think. Once spring comes I'll be out walking again...can't wait for that! We're supposed to get 40cm of snow on Saturday. :(

I lost .6lbs this week. I really thought I would gain because I did not have a good week but I’ll take it :)
