Light Room?

Hey ladies so my wonderful hubby gave me Light Room 4 for Mothers Day. Can anyone point me in the directions of some good tutorials I should start with? Thanks in advance!

I have several of Jeffrey Friedl's LR plug-ins (http://regex.info/blog/lightroom-goodies). I don't know if LR has an export to SmugMug capability built-in; if not, there's he has one.
