Help! Please?

I just now bought Heather Roselli's Pet Shop, Funny Fish and it won't let me dl the alpha for it. It keeps telling me there is an error and that I've already clicked 5 times and it is disabled! While I was dl it my computer hiccupped and now I can't dl it. I dl the other 2 parts ok. Can someone help please?

I was getting those messages a lot and Robin explained to me that the store doesn't like those automatic downloader add-ons that will download a bunch of files at a time. So, I don't know if you use one of those, but I haven't had a problem since I went back to just downloading one at a time.
