Kits and Educational Use

Many graphic stores specifically list educators in their terms of use. Does anyone know if teachers creating products for TPT (teachers pay teachers) would fall under the same category as Scrap 4 Hire?

These graphic stores do not lump teachers in with commercial licenses.

That would fall under commercial use since you are making one item and selling it to multiple people. S4H/S4O is making a personalized item for 1 customer only. Some designers allow such usage with a fee and some do not allow it at all, you'd be best contacting the designer directly if the TOU doesn't cover CU. Hope that helps!
