Do they always go up at a certain time? It's 6pm EST, what time does the party start 'round here?

Technically, we try to do sneaks no sooner than 24 hours before release time (6 pm Friday). So anytime after 6 pm Thursday is fair game for someone to start the sneak thread. It doesn't usually start up until 8 or 9 pm, though. :)
