View Full Version : Anyone else getting PS licensing cancellations?

I just opened Photoshop CS4 and it told me that "licensing for this product has stopped working." This couldn't be a worse time for that to happen. I haven't checked the Adobe support weblink yet but I thought I would ask here first. :crying:

I haven't heard of that myself, but I googled and found this -

Thank you, Libby. That's sweet of you to look it up for me. Like a dummy, I spoke too soon. I checked the support site and had to run a licensing update of some sort. And now it works just fine. Whew!
I totally thought Adobe was shutting everyone down who wasn't using CC and forcing us to go to the subscription service. I'm so glad that was not the case. :-)
