I feel like we need a big master list to refer back to! LOL!

What are the best shows/miniseries that are only on prime to watch?

I feel like it's harder to navigate than netflix.

We've watched a lot of the big HBO series.

Prime
Veronica Mars & then the movie
The Pacific (hubby liked)
Band of Brothers (hubby got mad I watched without him)
The White Queen
Justified (hubby loved)
Rome (hubby loved)
BBC's Pride & Prejudice

I'm looking for stuff to watch without the hubby. I'm currently watch The Killing on Netflix.

Netflix
Gossip Girl
The West Wing
Friday Night Lights
North & South
Orange is the New Black (Hubby Likes)
Hart of Dixie
Charmed
Once Upon a Time (Hubby Likes)
White Collar (Hubby Likes)
Mad Men
Call the Midwife
Bomb Girls
Land Girls
The Tudors (Hubby Liked)

On my list to watch
without the hubby
Suits
Pretty Little Liars

Any other good period dramas? Things the hubby will not want to watch with me I should add?

I am watching The Tudors now, and I looooove North and South! What about Downton Abbey? Also, I don't know if it's on Netflix or anything, but there was a show on Showtime a while back called The Borgias. If you like The Tudors, I think you'd enjoy it.

Oh, and Magic City was another series on Starz I enjoyed. It's a period drama set in 1950s Miami. Are you planning to watch The Astronaut Wive's Club? I'm excited about that one!

Have you watched Parenthood? Great binge show :) Or Vikings?

I love Suits, still watch - getting ready for the new season this month!! My dh liked it too.

I like Dowton Abbey, never got into Vikings (hubby liked it).

Parenthood, is it sad? I don't like sad shows.

Astronauts Wives Club, I am super excited for it.

I have Magic City on my list, but I think you have to buy the episodes I think.

To add to your list:

Doctor Who
Sherlock
Firefly
Covert Affairs

I've watched them all with Hubby. :)

Parenthood is full of all of the feels. It's good, but you will likely cry, often happy tears, but sad as well.

Dh keeps telling me I should watch Firefly.

I just watched the first few episodes of the The Whispers and Wayward Pines on Hulu, they were good - a little odd, but good.

Firefly is only one season, so it's worth a try.

It took me a few episodes to figure out what Doctor Who was about...and it's hard to describe. Here's the best I've seen: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/221239400418528021/

Yes, Parenthood is sad at times, but happy, too! Truthfully, I ugly cried almost every episode :) I'm so sad it's over.

Wanted to add it's also so funny, and all the actors are totally fantasticly perfect together!! I love the relationships and how they all act with each other. Way up there as one of my faves.

Do Watch Hart of Dixie! I absolutely LOVED that show... only downside is not all seasons are on netflix, but they are pretty quick, so maybe the last is up by now. I get right in to the shows I watch, like so much the characters become like 'family' or 'friends' that I look forward to seeing every week, with binge watching they are part of my every day life and when I'm all caught up and done, I feel empty cause I miss them.........:o *sigh* lol

I binge watch like crazy, currently we are working our way through Blue Bloods. (so every night there is a Wahlburg in my house:wub:  ;))

I'm working on Parenthood now and love it. I also LOVE the show Leverage and have seen every episode probably at least 5 times :o

I am up to date on Scandal, Revenge (well now it's over for good but I've seen them all), and Nashville. I really really wish Netflix or Hulu would bring ER on - I'd love to watch that whole series again.

I'm halfway through Parenthood and love it. DH and I are watching it together, but I wish we weren't because if I was watching it alone I'd have binge watched and finished it long ago. Instead, we've been watching for more than a year because we don't watch tv together that often.

Another good one is Freaks and Geeks. There's only about 1 season, maybe less. It's one of those shows that should have been on much longer, but it got pulled before it had a chance to develop a following. Just go into it knowing that certain things won't be resolved because they'd set the storylines up for a 2nd season that they never got.
