Help me remember which kit I was using?

I can not for the life of me figure out what kit I was using when I started this lo last week. I don't know if either of the alphas were part of it (I know the numbers weren't) but what are the papers and ribbon from? Anyone recognize them?

I think it's This is Home by Amanda Yi and a couple other designers. I just used it recently so recognized the paper.
