What's everybody doing for the long weekend in the US (or for the weekend in other places)?

We are going on a road trip to Santa Fe. Really looking forward to it!

Getting the house in order, doing laundry, etc... Next Wed the kids and I are leaving to go see my mom in Erie, Pa (from Alabama). We are driving. Then we are staying with her for two weeks then heading to Colorado for one week so I have a lot to get in order this weekend. Im afraid no BBQing for me lol

Not sure what we're doing Saturday & Sunday -- maybe making our way to the park? Depends on the weather. I know my 3yo is dying to play outside with Daddy.

We have plans to picnic & go to the beach Monday with the kids + my nephew as long as it's warm enough outside.

I'm curious what is a beach in Indiana? Is it a lake? River?

Our long weekend was last weekend, but this weekend we are going camping - first trip of the year, woot! Also first trip with Kenzie (9 months old), so nervous about how that's going to but it should be good :)

I have no idea haha! Hopefully not too much because we had a busy week with end of school activities/celebrations and then a wedding next week with family all flying in. We need a calm weekend [emoji23] I think we'll continue organizing and cleaning rooms though. All of my kids switched rooms last weekend so 3 bedrooms are still complete disasters.

I'm working from 5 am to 10 pm tomorrow  My daughter works tomorrow, Sunday, and Monday. I have Sunday off but work Monday from 10-4 (half shift). Then it's back to school for her and back to a regular work week for me. We are going to the movies to see Baywatch with friends on Sunday though :D

We don't have too much scheduled yet. Tomorrow it's just me and the kids, and 2 of them have friends coming over. Sunday we have the kids' sports, but I'm secretly hoping we get the predicted rain and they're cancelled. (My kids wouldn't mind if they were, so I don't feel like a bad mom for hoping, LOL.) Monday we'll probably try to do something as a family. My youngest is pushing for swimming since the pools open tomorrow, but we'll see if the weather cooperates.

Not much scheduled, but it's a long weekend here. Hopefully, we'll have some impromptu fun :)

We're taking a spur of the moment trip to Sea World in San Antonio. It'll be a long drive (11 hours) but we're super excited! :)
