It's Saturday morning here - almost lunchtime in fact. I'm scrapping. The weather is too hot to do much else.

I scrapped one layout today, but other than that I didn't get much else done. I'll scrap again later tonight and maybe Sunday when I'm home.

Have fun! My mom and I used to go to crops all the time. There is one coming up that we are thinking about going to. I also rented out the community room at our local library for a crop.

I teach English on Saturday mornings, so normally I veg out in front of the computer for the rest of the afternoon, but yesterday (Saturday my time) when I sat down to scrap, I thought, What I really want to do is get rid of some of this clutter! So I spent the next five hours working on getting my desk and our living space organized. I threw away tons of stuff I've been holding onto, and I feel so much lighter!

That's fantastic--congrats! Some water damage forced us to get rid of sooooo much this summer. But in reality, most of it was older stuff that we rarely used and probably should have parted with years ago. Now that we've pared down to things we use frequently, it's so much easier to keep the first floor of the house neat. It's making me realize how badly I need to do the same upstairs, where nothing got thrown out. I think that may be my summer break project.
