I got behind for last week, as everyone was sick at my house. Bleh.
So I had originally planned on using the same font for the whole year on my pages and have been using a handwritten font that I really like, but this week I inadvertently clicked on a typewriter font while converting my text... which I think I might like better. So now I'm wondering if I should go back and change my previous pages, or just go with it and embrace the change. Will it look weird?

How do you decide what font you're going to use on your PL pages? Do you stick with the same font/size for the entire year or do you mix things up?

I like to chose two- one more standard one and a handwritten pretty one. I’d stick with these two and use the handwritten one for accents.

I do what Marla does, it's easier and I spent so much time choosing fonts earlier. Now I use one fancy one and one simple one, then if I'm doing some heartfelt journaling I might throw in my own handwritten font.

On my first book I used a script font and I loved it, but once I had the pages printed I realized that it was tougher to read. That book was printed in 8x8, which I didn't end up liking either, so I went back and changed all of my pages to a nice, easy to read sans serif (Uniform Extra Condensed) and had the book reprinted. It was a bit of work, but in the end I'm so glad I did it. I was much happier with both the font and the size of the book. :)

Great pages Loni! I learned early on in my PL journey to keep my life simple and maximize my time by using only one font. I use my own handwritten font that Darcy made years ago. If you like this new font I would stick with it for the rest of the year but I wouldn't go back and redo weeks 1-4- who's got time for that. And I guarantee that none of your "readers" in the future will notice your font change.

I love your quick synopsis of the week, and really focusing on the photos. This is my first time doing Project Life, so I'm struggling with fonts still. I found one that I like, it's a typewriter condensed and easy to read on the other layouts I've had printed so far. I use that for all my journaling, but I don't have one that I've set upon for titles. It's pretty much all over the place.

I tend to use the same fonts over and over. I love new fonts, but there are some that just stick with me.

Great pages, Karli! Sorry about your health issues; hope you guys are doing better! I need to get moving on my PL, but I just am so uninspired because it's been so dreary and gross. And kind of boring.

I use the same font on nearly all of my pages. It simplifies my process and unifies the look of my photo books, plus I can always read it. I use Typewriter condensed most of the time.

Same. I stick with this font for my PL (and it just feels "right" for most of my other LOs too) I am really bothered by my handwriting font, though, because I no longer make the letter "d" the same as I did when I had my font made ;)
