Favorite Layouts

So I am wondering... When you add someone's layout to your favorites, can the person who made the layouts see it? I don't always leave comments but it would probably be a nice little boost to someone if they could see that someone likes it enough to save it as a favorite!

Yes same as when someone commented on your layout you will receive a message someone added your layout to their favorites...
