I just purchased a kit, frames and got the FWP. I received an invoice but my orders are showing as Queued instead of processed with download links. The transaction has already been processed from my credit card. Do you know why this happened, or how long until the links should be available? TIA

Is it saying queued from your email or the store? Have you gone into your store account and tried the links from there? if it's billed you it should have gone through. Maybe try refreshing your cookies in the store?

From the store itself is showing Queued. I have never had an issue until now.

It shows Total Paid at $0 almost like the payment didn’t process but I got the receipt from PayPal?

Sometimes that happens to me. It usually resolves itself within the hour---sadly those are often the downloads that I forget to get since I can't download right away!
But it does happen--the queued orders.

I got several emails last night about this, but when I went to push them through for everyone, it looks like the issue resolved on its own because there were no queued orders. So sorry about the hiccup! I think it's a temporary communication error with Paypal that resolves automatically between the two sites at some point. We appreciate your patience!
