ISO of Kit for California Missions

Any one have a suggestion of a kit for the California Missions? We are planning a road trip to visit all 21 in 7 days. Yay, for 4th grade and independent study! For her project, she wants to make a coffee table book of the missions. Thank you for the help!

What about some of the kits that are like a southwest desert theme? That's what I picture with the missions in California.
