I was wondering what new tricks or ideas you’ve added to your scrapping or maybe organizing that you may have added in the last few years?

For the most part I’ve been doing things the same for years, but with this most recent hard drive failure, I thought I’d share something I started doing a few years ago.

I’m sure we all have folders for designers all our goodies from them go in, but I’ve started to add year folders within my designer specific folders.

This has come in handy the last few days as I’m updating my backup hard drive. The last update I did was 2021 to it, so all I had to do was add folders from those missing years.

Have you started doing something to help streamline your process that you maybe didn't do early on?

I tag the years (on my Mac) but my thought was more because that way I know if I've had something 5, 10, 15 years and haven't used it yet ... it's ok to delete lol

That's really why I started adding the folders, I typically delete things every 5 years or so.
