My LO isn't uploading

is anyone else having issues? It lets me get through all of the steps and then it gets to the page where it redirects you and then it goes to page not found or error. Any Ideas?

Sometimes if you load the LO first without entering any info on that page and then enter all the info on the second page it will work without any probs.
