adhd and food

It really doesn't matter - just one of "those things" - My current go to. For at least 3 years all I had for dinner was cottage cheese and crackers. And then I was done. I can fixate on one food for a very long time. And then I'm just done. Right now Bugles. Mercy.

This is gorgeous and so true. I hear you. Eating the same meal over and over helps with my decision fatigue and makes the day go better. I love that you scrap this so you can look back on what you have eaten through the years! I love the simple and happy elements floating up.
