I love this photo of most of my hubby's cousins. This is from a couple of years ago, but we all get together every summer at the beach. This is my take on the recipe challenge #8.

One of the best things about Beach week is hanging out with all of the cousins. Almost all of us make it each summer. Occasionally Loretta and Shannon are there, but it has been a long time since Alan or Lynn have been able to join us, although we do hope each year they will. The week speeds by so quick with sharing great new books, hilarious games of Celebrity, the occasional game of Scrabble, Margaritas, always some new concoction of Clark’s and just the general mayhem that comes from having 11 cousins all together. Yes it is exhausting and at times we get on each other’s nerves, afterall it is 31 people living together for an entire week in 3 condos! But we always come back eager to see one another and eager to share in another summer of memories.
