The way you have the close ups of her reading (ALL fantastic pics!!!) and then the bookshelf paper - it's like she's camping in a library --- which would be a DREAM for this fan of books, libraries & bookstores! Your title spilling across the page is brilliant. I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PAGE!!! And I want to get together for a reading date with this lil bibliophile!
This is such a terrific page!! The way your photos are scattered about, and all of your cute elements, makes this page so much fun to look at! I love how my eyes are constantly moving to make sure I didn't miss anything! I think your background paper choice is bold and perfect! Honestly, I'd have been afraid to use such a heavily pattered paper like that. You have inspired me to step outside my comfort zone and try using bolder papers! Thanks for that! I also love how you were able to make this kit work without using any flowers. I have two sons, and making kits (even ones that really are gender neutral) work for layouts about them is something I really struggle with. For some reason a page doesn't look "done" to me unless it has loads of flowers and greenery LOL! Lastly, I love books and am an avid reader who thinks that reading is absolutely vital to growing minds, so seeing a child who loves books, makes my heart happy!
